Shipping & Delivery

UK orders are shipped via Royal mail. Please allow 3-5 working days. International orders are shipped via Airmail. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by you. Should you return any items to us, you also will be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-entry duty or customs charges incurred when the items re-enter the UK. Dearcurves does not refund sending or returning shipping costs unless the items are faulty.

Exchange/Returns

Refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of buyer's receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in their original condition with all labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return or exchange. We recommend that you send your item via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.
